MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 746, September 9, 1941 ] RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES ONE PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF TADIAN, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF KAYAN, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Tadian, municipal district of Kayan, Mountain Province, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in plan Psu-107232, to wit: Psu-107232.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan Psu-107232, N. 26° 48' W. 2,114.52 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M.
