AMENDING PROCLAMATION NUMBERED TWO HUNDRED TWENTY, SERIES OF NINETEEN HUNDRED AND THIRTY-SEVEN, ESTABLISHING THE BONGABON-BALER NATIONAL PARK SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF BONGABON AND BALER, PROVINCES OF NUEVA ECIJA AND TAYABAS, RESPECTIVELY, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, I, MANUEL L. QUEZON, President of the Philippines, hereby amend Proclamation Numbered Two hundred twenty, series of nineteen hundred and thirty-seven, by modifying the description of the boundaries of the Bongabon-Baler National Park, situated in the municipalities of Bongabon and Baler, provinces of Nueva Ecija and Tayabas, respectively, island of Luzon, and described in the Bureau of Forestry Map No. N.P.-18-1 to wit:

Beginning at point marked 1 on Bureau of Forestry Map No. N.P. 18-1, a White Lauan tree, 120 cm. in diam., marked L.C. 516/47, identical to F.Z. 15, alienable and disposable Tayabas Project No. 14-A which is S. 60° W., 17,400 meters more or less from the Poblacion of Baler, Tayabas; thence S. 59° W., 1,200 meters to corner 2, a Mayapis tree 50 cm. in diam., marked L.C. 515/55, identical to F.Z. 14, alienable and disposable Tayabas Project No. 14-A; thence following Detike River upstream in a northwesterly direction, 220 meters to corner 3, a Loctob tree, 40 cm. in diam., marked P.T.L. 1061/5, identical to F.Z. 14, alienable and disposable Block I, Tayabas Project No. 14-C; thence following Detike River upstream in a general northwesterly direction, 450 meters to corner 4, a Kalamansanai tree, 30 cm. in diam., marked natural features.1aшphi1
