RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF SAN NICOLAS, MUNICIPALITY OF TALISAY, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrio of San Nicolas, municipality of Talisay, Province of Camarines Norte, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in plan Psu-108820, to wit:
Psu-108820.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan Psu-108820, N. 9° 1,9' E. 4,061.09 m. more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Daet, Camarines Norte, thence N. 10° 45? ,E. 99.94 m. to point 2; S. 79° 20' E. 103.57 m. to point 3; S. 12? 51' W. 99.73 m. to point 4; N. 79° 30' W. 99.93 m. to point 1, point of beginning.
Containing an area of ten thousand on hundred fifty-four (10,154) square meters, more or less.
Point 1, B. L. concrete monument; points 2, 3 and 4, P. L. S. concrete monuments.
Bounded on ,all sides by public land.
Bearings true. Declination, 1° 15' E.
