RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF VILLAHERMOSA, MUNICIPALITY OF TUDELA, PROVINCE OF CEBU, ISLAND OF CAMOTES.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Villahermosa, municipality of Tudela, Province of Cebu, Island of Camotes, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-496, to wit:

Mr-496, Lot No. 1.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-496, N. 31° 27' W. 229.87 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Villahermosa, municipality of Tudela, thence S. 41° 31' W. 69.58 m. to point 2; N. 54° 11' W. 145.57 m. to point 3; N. 57° 10' E. 36.00 m. to point 4; N. 57° 10' E. 30.64 m. to point 5; S. 64° 22' E. 30.34 m. to point 6; S. 56° 28' E. 86.52 m. to point 7; S. 46° 21' E. 12.00 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of nine thousand two hundred fifty-nine (9,259) square meters, more or less.

Points 1, 2, 3 and 4, crosses on top of posts; point 5, old B. L. concrete monument; point 6, old stake; and point 7, old cross on NW. side of tree.

Bounded on the northeast by lot No. 2 and Camotes Sea; on the southeast, by property of the municipal government of Tudela; on the southwest, by provincial road; and on the northwest, by public land (swamps) and property of Antero Estramos.

Mr-496, Lot No. 2.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-496, N. 40° 41' W. 349.88 m. more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Villahermosa, municipality of Tudela, thence N. 41° 55' E. 10.79 m. to point 2; S. 53° 13' E. 115.19 m. to point 3; N. 56° 28' W. 86.52 m. to point 4; N. 64° 22' W. 30.34 m. to point 1, point of beginning.1aшphi1

Containing an area of four hundred thirty-eight (438) square meters, more or less.

Point 1, old B. L. concrete monument; point 2, cross on top of post; point 3, old cross on NW. side of tree; and point 4, old stake.

Bounded on the northeast by Camotes Sea; on the southwest by Lot No. 1; and on the northwest, by public land.

Bearings true. Declination 1° 30' E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-496.

NOTE.—Lot No. 1 is identical with Lot No. 1, II-11315-Amd., as surveyed for the same applicant.
