RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF ARMENIA, MUNICIPALITY OF DIMASALANG, PROVINCE OF MASBATE, ISLAND OF MASBATE.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Armenia, municipality of Dimasalang, Province of Masbate, Island of Masbate, and particularly described in plan Psu-75650, to wit:

Psu-75650.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan Psu-75650, S. 72° 29' W. 54.40 m. more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Armenia, municipality of Dimasalang, thence S. 7° 1.0' E. 64.76 rn. to point 2; S. 9° 48' E. 57.84 m. to point 3; N. 87° 22' W. 46.06 m. to point 4; N. 7° 57' W. 114.37 m: to point 5; N. 82° 24' E. 44.29 m. to point 1, point of beginning.1aшphi1

Containing an area of five thousand two hundred seventeen (5,217) square meters, more or less.

Points 1, 2, 4 and 5, P. L. S. standard concrete monuments; and point 3, old P. L. S.

Bounded on the northeast by properties of Norberto Merioles and Ernesta Vda. de Serrano; on the south, by property of Celestino Salipot; on the southwest, by municipal land (portion barrio site); and on the northwest, by barrio road.

Bearings true. Declination, 0° 57' E.
