RESERVING FOR CEMETERY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF KONGKONG, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF KASIBU, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for cemetery purposes, under the administration of the Director of Health, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Kongkong, municipal district of Kasibu, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-464, to wit:
Mr-464.—Beginning at point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands Mr-464, N. 45° 27' W. 709.24 m. from B. L. L. M. No. 4, barrio of Kongkong, municipality of Kasibu, thence S. 11° 25' E. 28.16 m. to point 2; S. 53° 20' W. 115.83 m. to point 3; N. 34° 31' W. 102.55 m. to point 4; N. 14° 25' W. 77.44 ™- to point 5; S. 78° 20' E. 105.94 m. to point 6; S. 55° 53' E' 73.63 m. to point 1, point of beginning.
Containing an area of 15,038 square meters.
Points 1, 2, 3 and 4, B. L. concrete monuments; point 5, g. i. s. on tree; and point 6, B. L. on stone.
Bounded on all sides by public land.
Bearings true. Declination 0° 04' E.
Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-464.
