MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 720, June 3, 1941 ] RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF MANIONGAN, MUNICIPALITY OF AURORA, PROVINCE OF TAYABAS, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Maniongan, municipality of Aurora, province of Tayabas, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-459, to wit: (Mr-4.59).—Beginning at point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-459, N. 30° 51' W. 363.50 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 35, Malunay Cad. No. 172, thence N. 12° 05' W. 110.00 m. to point 2; N. 77° 55' E., 75.00 m. to point 3; S. 12° 05' E. 110.00 m. to point 4; S. 77° 55' W. 75.00 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of eight thousand two hundred fifty square meters (8,250), more or less. All corners are B. L. concrete monuments. Bounded on the northeast by lot No. 266; on the southeast, by lot No. 796 (road); on the southwest, by lot No. 797 (road) ; and on the northwest, by lot No. 796 (road).1aшphi1 Bearings true.
