RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN IN THE BARRIO OF ITIL, MUNICIPALITY OF MALABANG, PROVINCE OF LANAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Itil, municipality of Malabang, Province of Lanao, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-110230, to wit:

(Psu-110280).—Beginning at point marked 1 on plan Psu-110230, N. 36° 09' E. 8,138.40 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 2, barrio of Batuan, municipality of Malabang. Lanao, thence N. 30° 15' W. 78.42 m. to point 2; N. 68° 09' E. 197.32 m. to point 3; N. 60° 32' E. 110.68 m. to point 4; S. 24° 55' E. 73.18 m. to point 5; S. 61° 58' W. 107.91 m. to point 6; S. 60° 59' W. 79.60 m. to point 7; S. 65° 25' W. 35.31 m. to point 8; S. 71° 10' W. 78.05 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of twenty-three thousand thirty-four square meters (23,034), more or less.

Points 6, 7 and 8, stakes; and the rest are P. L. S. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast by public land; on the southeast, by Itil Creek (dry); on the southwest, by public land; and on the northwest, by road to Cotabato.1aшphi1
