MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 715, May 20, 1941 ] RESERVING FOR USE OF THE MANILA RAILROAD COMPANY TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF LEGASPI, PROVINCE OF ALBAY, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon, the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for use of the Manila Railroad Company, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain situated in the Poblacion, municipality of Legaspi, Province of Albay, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-106139, to wit: (PSU-106139) Lot No. 1( The Manila Railroad Company).—A parcel of land (lot No. 1 of plan Psu-106139, G. L. R. O. Record No. ), situated in the Poblacion, municipality of Legaspi, Province of Albay. Bounded on the N. by public land; on the E., by Albay Gulf; on the S., by lot No. 1124 (Property of the Manila Railroad Company); and on the W., by lot No. 1421 (property of the Manila Railroad Company). Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 21° 02' E., 553.91 meters, more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1 of Legaspi Cadastre, thence N. 89° 38' E., 29.56 m. to point “2”; thence N. 89° 38' E., 8.76 m. to point “3”; thence S. 5° 05' E„ 62.46 m. to point “4”; thence s 0° 30' W., 26.40 m. to point “5”; thence S. 10° 37' E 8100 m point “6”; thence S. 89° 42' W., 13.22 m. to point “7” thence S. 89° 42' W., 29.98 m. to point “8”; thence N 5-12 W., 168.91 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of six thousand four hundred and ninety square meters (6,490), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points “1” and “8” are marked by old B. L. concrete monuments 15 x 60 cm.; points “2” and “7” by P. L. S./M. R. concrete monuments 15 cm. diam. x 60 cm.; and points “3” to “6”, inclusive, by stakes; bearings true; declination 0° 55' E.; date of survey, September 2-7, 1938, and that of the approval, September 9, 1939. Lot No. 2 (The Manila Railroad Company).—A parcel of land (lot No. 2 of plan Psu-106139, G. L. R. O. Record No. ), situated in the Poblacion, municipality of Legaspi, province of Albay. Bounded on the N. by lot No. 1124 (property of the Manila Railroad Company); on the E., by Albay Gulf; on the S., by public land; and on the SW. and W., by lot No. 1421 (property of the Manila Railroad Company). Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 33° 25' E., 392.32 meters, more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1 of Legaspi Cadastre; thence N. 89° 42' E., 32.23 into point “2”; thence N. 89° 42' E., 12.46 m. to point “3”; thence S. 8° 51' E., 32.45 m. to point “4”; thence S. 05' W., 10.40 m. to point “5”; thence S. 82° 05' W., 18.98 m. to point “6”; thence N. 32° 23' W., 37.74 m. to point “7”; thence N. 5° 12' W., 4.02 m. to the point of beginning containing an area of one thousand three hundred and square meters (1,315), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points “1”, “6” and “7” are marked by old B. L. concrete monuments 15 x 60 cm.; points “2” and “5” by P. L. S./M.
