MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 714, May 20, 1941 ] EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 61, SERIES OF 1919, A PARCEL OF LAND IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA CRUZ, DAVAO, AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PUBLIC LAND ACT. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, I hereby exclude from the operation of Executive Order Numbered Sixty-one, series of nineteen hundred and nineteen, that parcel of land indicated as “Parcel No. 1” in the said Executive Order and particularly described on plan 11-10152, and declare the same open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act.
