RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF CATABAŃGAN, MUNICIPALITY OF BAGAY, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Catabangan, municipality of Ragay, Province of Camarines Sur, Island of Luzon, particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-475, to wit:

(Mr-475).—Beginning at point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-475, S. 86° 36' E. 2,776.81 m., more or less, from B. L, B. M. No. 1, barrio of Catabangan, municipality of Ragay, thence S. 12° 25' E. 73.07 m. to point 2; S. 76° 54' W. 138.31 m. to point 3; N. 12° 27' W. 72.37 m. to point 4; N. 76° 37' E. 138.35 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of ten thousand fifty-eight square meters (10,058), more or less.

All corners are B. L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on all sides by property of Salud Sanchez Vda. de Garcia Matta.

Bearings true. Declination 0° 67' K,

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-475.

Surveyed: October 25, 1940.

NOTE.—This survey is inside of lot No. 1-New, Psu-69669-Amd.-2 as surveyed for Salud Sanchez Vda. De Garcia Matta.
