RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF MASAO, MUNICIPALITY OF MALABANG, PROVINCE OF LANAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Masao, municipality of Malabang, Province of Lanao, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-110341, to wit:

(Psu-110311).—Beginning at point marked 1 on plan Psu-110341, S. 85° 32' E. 3,862.45 m., more or less, from mon. No. 2, Malabang Townsite, thence N. 38° 14' W. 159.28 m. to Point 2; N. 2° 53' W. 144.54 m. to point 3; S. 85° 59' E. 117.84 m. to point 4; S. 2° 34' W. 212.46 m. to point 5; S. 2° 36' W. 49.00 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of twenty-two thousand sixty-one (22,061), square meters more or less.

All corners are P. L. S. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the north by property of Sari Baba; on the east, by property of Taoron Dumamba; on southwest, by barrio road; and on the west, by property of Gabar Sarigan.

Bearings true. Declination 2° 06' E.
