MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 706, May 5, 1941 ] REVOKING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 1, SERIES OF 1911, AND DECLARING THE LAND COVERED THEREBY, SITUATED IN LIPA, BATANGAS, OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PUBLIC LAND LAW. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-eight of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby revoke Executive Order Numbered One, dated January twenty, nineteen hundred and eleven, and declare the land reserved thereunder open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Law.
