MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 704, May 5, 1941 ] RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES THREE PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIOS OF MARAG, ANAO AND BOLIWONG, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF LUNA AND BURNAY, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes under the administration of the of the Director of Education, subject to private rights if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrios of Marag, Anao and Boliwong, municipal districts of Luna and Burnay, Mountain Province, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-105364 and Psu-105318, to wit: (PSU-105364).?A parcel of land (the original plan Psu-105364, G. L. R. O. record No. ), situated in the barrio of Marag, municipal district of Luna, Mountain Province (subprovince of Apayao). Bounded on the northeast by properties of Gerardo Pedronan (H-162082) and Manuel Dugay (H-148772); on the southeast by property of Manuel Dugay (H-148772); on the southwest by properties of Manuel Dugay (H-148772) and Gerardo Pedronan (H-162082); and on the northwest by property of Gerardo Perdrohan (H-162082); and on the northwest by property of Gerardo Pedronan (H-162082). Beginning at point marked 1 on plan, being S. 13° 23' W. 8,734.60 m., more or less, from triangulation station Baboy (1903) G. & G. S. municipality of Pamplona, Cagayan, thence N. 61° 28' W., 105.98 m. to point 2; thence N. 17° 43' E., 158.11 m. to point 3; thence S. 51° 43' E., 131.51 m. to point 4; thence S. 65° 37' E., 82.14 m. to point 5; thence S. 24° 57' W., 114.71 m. to point 6; thence N. 57° 46' W., 85.11 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of twenty-eight thousand three hundred fifty-six square meters (28,356), more or less.
