REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 417, DATED OCTOBER 12, 1931, AND DECLARING THE LAND RESERVED THEREUNDER, LOCATED IN KASIBU, BAMBANG, NUEVA VIZCAYA, OPEN TO DISPOSITION.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eight of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby revoked Proclamation Numbered four hundred and seventeen, dated October twelfth, nineteen hundred and thirty-one, and declare the land reserved thereunder open to disposition under the provisions of the said Act.1aшphi1

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done at the City of Baguio, this fifteenth day of April, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-one, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the sixth.
