RESERVING FOR MARKET SITE PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF SANTA FE, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF IMUGAN, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eightv-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for market site purposes, under the administration of the municipal district of Imugan, Nueva Vizcaya, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Santa Fe, municipal district of Imugan, Province of Nueva Vizacay, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-472, to wit:
Lot No. 1 (Market site).?Beginning at point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-472, S. 32° 14' W. 45.44 m. from B. L. L. M. No. 3, Imugan Pls-143, thence N. 34° 27' W. 31.12 m. to point 2; S. 56° 20' E. 111.45 m. to point 3; S. 71° 59' W., 15.90 m. to point 4; N. 67° 13' W. 103.92 m. to point 1, point of beginning.
Containing an area of two thousand three hundred and thirty square meters (2,330), more or less..
All corners are B. L. concrete monuments.
Bounded on the northeast lot No. 2; on the southeast, by Santa Fe River; on the southwest, by lot No. 80; and on the northwest, by provincial road.
Lot No. 2 (Market site).?Beginning at point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-472, S. 37° 111' E. 6.44 m. from B. L. L. M. No. 3, Imugan Pls-143, thence S. 51° 15' E. 114.93 m. to point 2; S. 44° 28' W. 9.75 m. to point 3; N. 56° 20' W., 111.45 m. to point 4; N. 30° 15' E. 19.77 m. to point 1, point of beginning.
Containing an area of one thousand six hundred fifty-seven square meters (1,657), more or less.
All corners are B. L. concrete monuments.
Bounded on the northeast lot No. 83; on the southeast, by Santa Fe River; on the southwest, by lot No. 1; and on the northwest, by provincial road.
Bearing true. Declination 1° 21' E.
Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-472.
