MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 700, April 15, 1941 ] RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF BUENAVISTA, MUNICIPALITY OF BUENAVISTA (FORMERLY A BARRIO OF BUTUAN), PROVINCE OF AGUSAN, ISLAND OF MINDANAO. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eightv-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Educate, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Buenavista, municipality of Buenavista (formerly a barrio of Butuan), Province of Agusan, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described Bureau of Lands plan Mr-458, to wit: (Mr-458).”Beginning at point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-458, S. 45° 23' E. 1,859.83 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, Buenavista Pls-4, thence S. 75° 25' E. 45.18 m. to point 2; S. 7° 47' W. 170.54 m. to point 3; S. 77° 42' W., 38.00 m. to point 4; N. 5° 00' E., 189.16 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of 0.7257 hectares. All corners are B. L. concrete monuments. Bounded on the north by road; on the east, by lot No. 2545; on the south by road; by lot No. 2240; and on the west, by lot No. 2549.1aшphi1 Bearing true. Declination 1° 39' E.
