MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 699, April 15, 1941 ] RESERVING FOR USE OF THE PHILIPPINE CONSTABULARY A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF MABANTAO, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF KAPALONG, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for use of the Philippine Constabulary, under the administration of the Chief of Constabulary, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Mabantao, municipal district of Kapalong, Province of Davao, lsland of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-483, to wit: (Ir- 483)."Beginning at point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-483, S. 80° 01' E. 147.79 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 2, Kapalong Cad.
