RESERVING FOR CEMETERY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE SITIO OF PUGON, BARRIO OF MANIONGAN, MUNICIPALITY OF AURORA, PROVINCE OF TAYABAS, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for cemetery purposes, under the administration of the Director of Health, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the sitio of Pugon, barrio of Maniongan, municipality of Aurora, Province of Tayabas, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in the Bureau of Lands plan Mr-479, to wit:

Beginning at point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-479, H.V 34' W. 747.04 m. more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 6, Bondo Pls-91, thence S. 59° 55 B. 66.60 m. to point 2; S. 30° 10' W. 150.11 m. to point 3; N. 61° 00' W. 66.60 m. to point 4; N. 30° 10' E. 151.39 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of ten thousand thirty-nine square meters (10,039), more or less.

Points 1 and 4, B. L. concrete monuments, and point 2 and 3, old B. L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast by lot No. 179; on the southeast, by road; on the southwest, by lot No. 288; and on the northwest, by lot No. 801.

Bearinps true. Declination 1 20' E.

Points referred to are marked Bureau of Lands plan Mr-479.

Surveyed: April 11 and 12. 1940.

This is lot No. 802 formerly lot No. 180-C of Bondo Public Lands Subdivision Pls-9.

No decision has yet been received for lot No. 180.
