RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF BETIS, MUNICIPALITY OF GUAGUA, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Betis municipality of Guagua, Province of Pampanga, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-1101087, to wit:

A parcel of land (described on plan Psu-110187, G. L. R. O. Record No…………) situated in the barrio of Betis, municipality of Guagua, Province of Pampanga. Bounded on the N.E. by public land; on the S.E. by the properties of Baltazar Mendoza and Eugenio Pere; on the S.W. by the property of the municipal government of Guagua (old Betis School Site) Municipal Reservation Mr. 302-Amd; and on the N.W. by the property of the Manila Railroad Co., Psu-52640, Amd-2, Lot No. 2. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 63° 21' E., 381.50 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Betis, municipality of Guagua, Pampanga; thence S. 33° 46' 50'W., 21.53 m. to point 2; thence N. 33° 09' W., 182.90 m. to point 3; thence 33° 09' W., 1.88 m. to point 4; thence N. 44° 50' E., 20.43 m. to point 5; thence N. 41° 14' E., 20.86 m. to point 6; thence N. 37° 59' E., 20.88 m. to point 7; thence S. 33° 08' E., 192.34 m. to point 8; thence S 55° 56' W., 39.96 m. to point of beginning; containing an area of eleven thousand sixty-two square meters (11,062), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points 1 and 8 are marked by P. L. S. concrete monuments 15 by 60 cm.; points 2 and 3 by old B. L. concrete monuments 15 by 60 cm.; point 4 by an old intersection; and points 5, 6 and 7 by old stakes. Bearings true; declination 0° 48' E., date of survey, October 27, 1939, and that of the approval, May 4, 1940.
