RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES THREE PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF NAMALTUGAN AND POBLACION, RESPECTIVELY, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF BAYAG (SUB-PROVINCE OF APAYAO), MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Namaltugan and Poblacion, respectively, municipal district of Bayag (sub-province of Apayao), Mountain Province, island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plans Psu-109978 and Psu-110060, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands Psu-109978, S.40-00'E. 20254.29m. more or less from Triangulation Station Mt. Mukmekeroyoi, thence

S. 75-34' E. 268.89m. to point 2; S. 40-52' W. 136.72m. to point 3; N. 85-52' W. 242.74m. to point 4; N. 24-57' E. 168.63m. to point 1, point of the beginning.

Containing n area of THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY NINE SQUARE METERS (35, 589), more or less.

Points 1, 2 and 4, P. L. S. Con. Mon.; point 3 G. I. S. on Tree.

Bounded on the Northeast, by Barrio Road; on Southeast, by Tabayogon River; on the South, by Old bed of the Tabayogon River; and on the Northwest, by property of Lorenzo Bautista.
