MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 693, March 14, 1941 ] RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF RIZAL, MUNICIPALITY OF MUÑOZ, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Rizal, municipality of Muñoz, Province of Nueva Ecija, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Bsd-6815, to wit: Lot No. 1052-A—The Municipal Government of Munoz (San Felipe School Site).—A parcel of land (lot No. 1052-A of the subdivision plan Bsd-6815, being a portion of lot No. 1052 of the Cadastral survey of Muiioz, G. L. R. 0. Cad. Record No. 273), situated in the barrio of Rizal, municipality of Muñoz, Province of Nueva Ecija. Rounded on the NE. and SE. by lot No. 1052-B of the subdivision on the SW. and NW., by lot No. 1052-B of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 85° 35' W., 972.22 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 38, Muñoz Cad No. 126, thence S. 75° 30' W., 226.61 m. to point “2”; thence N. 9° 05' W., 49.44 m. to point “3”; thence N. 74° 41' E., 216.74 m. to point “4”; thence S. 20° 12' E., 52.55 n. to point 1, point of beginning; containing an area of eleven thousand two hundred fifty-one square meters (11,251), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, are marked by B. L. concrete monuments; bearings true; declination 0° 35' E. date of the original survey, August, 1917-Gebruary 1919 and that of the subdivision survey, August 22, 1939. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 55° 32' W., 733.44 m., more or less, from B. B. M. No. 20, Muñoz Cad. No. 126, thence N. 87° 28' W., 98.10 m. to point “2”; thence N. 1° 50' E., 114.63 m. to point “3”; thence S. 89° 07' E., 100.60 m. to point “4”; thence S. 3° 03' W., 117.53 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of eleven thousand five hundred thirty square meters (11,530), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, are marked by B.
