RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES SIX PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIOS OF DOCLIGAN, CABABUYAN, KINAKIN, GOHANG, BOQUIAWAN AND HAPAO, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF BANAUE, IFUGAO, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to the condition that at any time the said tracts of land are abandoned for school site purposes, the same shall revert to the category, and be considered as part of the public forest, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrios of Docligan, Cababuyan, Kinakin, Gohang, Boquiawan and Hapao, municipal district of Banaue, Ifugao, Mountain Province, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plans Psu-107374, 101380, 101387, 107375, 107375 and 107375, respectively, to wit:

(Psu-107374, Barrio of Docligan).—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of lands plan Psu-107374, S. 10° 25' W. 5,624.29 m., more or less, from B. L. Triangulation Station Mr. Amuyao, thence S. 27° 48' E. 28.47 m. to point 2; S. 17° 58' E. 57.24 m. to point 3; S. 43° 39' E. 47.58 m. to point 4; S. 60° 43' W. 66.85 m. to point 5; N. 49° 22' W. 49. 41 m. to point 6; N. 22° 25' W. 85.87 m. to point 7; N. 61° 28' E. 73.72 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of nine thousand five hundred forty-four square meters (9,544), more or less.
