RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF NAUCONG DIOT, MUNICIPALITY OF CATAIŃGAN, PROVINCE OF MASBATE, ISLAND OF MASBATE.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-ore, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Naucong Diot, municipality of Cataingan, Province of Masbate, Island of Masbate, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-108002, to wit:

Beginning at point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Psu-108002, S. 57° 19' E. 1,678.42 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 2. barrio of Placer, municipality of Cataińgan. Masbate, thence S. 40° 29' W. 128.10 m. to point 2; N 38 40' W. 154.73 m. to point 3; N. 56° 43' E. 132.90 m. to point 4; S. 36° 46' E. 113.04 m. to point 5; S. 36° 29' E. 4.69 m. to point 6; S. 40° 29' W. 2.64 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Contining an area of seventeen thousand seven hundred forty-three square meters (17,743), more or less.

Point 3, G. I. S. in “X” on tree; point 5, old G. I. S. in “X” on tree; and the rest are P. L. S. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast by properties of Calle Esperanza; on the southeast, by Calle Lecoiones; on the southwest, by proposed Calle Pedrano; and on the northwest, by proposed Calle Bansoy.
