RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OP THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIOS OF MAŃGALI AND HUNDUAN, MUNICIPAL DISTRICTS OF TANUDAN AND HUNDUAN, RESPECTIVELY, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrios of Mańgali and Hunduan, municipal districts of Tanudan and Hunduan, respectively, Mountain Province, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-108267 and Psu-107355, to wit:

(Psur-108207, barrio of Mańgali) —Beginning at point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Psu-108267, S. 52° 42' E. 16,948.08 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No.1, municipal district of Lubuagan, thence S. 77° 20' W. 136.33 m. to point 2; N. 22° 47' W. 71.09 m. to point 3; N, 67° 26' E. 114.63 M. to point 4; S. 47° 18' E. 52.56 m. to point 5, S. 20° 03' E. 46.83 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 10,752 square meters

Points 1, 2 and 3, P. L. S. stone monuments, and points 4 and 5, nails in “X” on trees.

Bounded on the northeast by property of Lag-ao, Allado and Basao (joint owners); on the southeast, by trail 10.00 m. wide; on the southwest, by public land; and on the northwest, by public land.

Bounded on the north by properties of Bulanan Pait and Otgalon Hangda-an; on the northeast by properties of Otgalon Hangda-an and Bayayo Ananayo; on hte southeast, by properties of Cabigat Bimmotiog and Pumihik Kinquifigan (joint owners) and the Roman Catholic Church (mission site); on the southwest, by road and property of the municipal district government of Hunduan (presidencia site); and on the northwest, by road and property of the municipal district government of Hunduan (presidencia site).
