MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 686, February 27, 1941 ] RESERVING FOR MUNICIPAL BUILDING SITE AND SCHOOL PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE POBLACION OF THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF PINGKIAN, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for municipal building site and school purposes, under the administration of the municipal district of Pingkian, Nueva Vizcaya, and the Director of Education, respectively, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the poblacion of the municipal district of Pingkian, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-445, to wit: Lot No 1, Mr-445.—Beginning at point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-445. N. 84° 23' E. 571.24 m., more or less, from B. L. L, M. No. 2. municipal district of Pingkian, thence S. 86° 22' E. 89.84 m. to point 2; S. 4° 25' W. 46.41 m. to point 3; N. 87° 51' W. 133.60 m. to point 4; N. 7° 43' E. 150.37 m. to point 5; N. 88° 08' E. 35.63 m. to point 6; S. 5° 29' W. 41.08 m. to point 7; S. 4° 15' W. 60.17 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of 10,173 square meters. Point 6, G. I. S. on tree; and the rest are B. L. concrete monuments.
