RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES 8 PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIOS OF CASIITAN, ISCA, BATANGAN, MIÑANGA, TAPEL, BAUA, MAREDE AND NAGBABACALAN, MUNICIPALITY OF GONZAGA, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrios of Casiitan, Isca, Batangan, Miñanga, Tapal, Baua, Marede and Nagbabacalan, municipality of Gonzaga, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-104814, to wit:
Lot No. 1 (Casiitan School Site) .—Beginning at point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Psu-104814, N. 87° 23' W. 6,724.00 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Gonzaga, thence N. 54° 26' E. 46.94 m. to point 2; N 55° 09' E. 125.79 m. to point 3; S. 34° 39' E. 105.67 m. to point 4; S. 56° 01' W. 173.10 m. to point 5: N. 34° 26' W. 102.46 m. to point 1, point of beginning.
