MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 679, February 5, 1941 ] REVOKING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 39, DATED JULY 26, 1912, AND RESERVING A PORTION OF THE LAND DESCRIBED THEREIN FOR SUGAR EXPERIMENTAL PURPOSES AND FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A NATIONAL SUGAR CANE EXPERIMENT STATION. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, I hereby revoke Executive Order Numbered Thirty-nine, dated July twenty-six, nineteen hundred and twelve, and reserve, pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, for sugar experimental purposes and for the establishment of a National Sugar Cane Experiment Station, under the provisions of section six of Commonwealth Act Numbered Five hundred and sixty-seven, otherwise known as the Sugar Adjustment and Stabilization Act, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of public domain situated in the municipality of La Carlota, Province of Occidental Negros, island of Negros, and more particularly described as follows: Lot No. 1—Portion of lot No. 811, La Carlota Cadastre.— Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 74° 41 E. 934.08 m. more or less from B.
