MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 676, January 31, 1941 ] RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF THE PHILIPPINES SITUATED AT PALOMAR PARK, CITY OF MANILA, ISLAND OF LUZON. Pursuant to the provision of section sixty-four, paragraph (e), of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site and purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the private domain situated at Palomar Park, City of Manila, Island of Luzon, and particularly described as follows: Parcela de terreno (City Stable No. 2), sin los edificios existents en la misma pertenecientes a la Ciudad de Manila, situada en la linea SE. de la Calle Reina Regente, esquina a la Calle Azcarraga, Distrito de Tondo. Linda por el NE. con propriedad de Haussermann, Cohn and Fisher; por el SE. con el estero Madalena, por el SO. Con la Calle Azcarraga; y por el NO. con la Calle Reigna Regente. Los puntos 1, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 18, 19, 22, 23, 24, 25 y 26 estan determinados por clavos y los puntos 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 15, 16 y 17 por estacasl la orientacion seguida es la verdadera, siendo la declination magnetic de 0° 51' E.; y la fecha de la medicion, 17 de Julio de 1911.
