RESERVING FOR WORKING-MEN'S VILLAGE PURPOSES THREE (3) PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE DISTRICT OF TONDO, CITY OF MANILA, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for working-men's village purposes, under the administration of the Secretary of Labor, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the district of Tondo, City of Manila, island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15342-Amd., to wit:
Lot No. 45, Swo-15342-Amd.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15342-Amd., N. 39° 35' W., 796.58 m. more or less from B. L. L. M. No. 53, Manila Cad. No. 13, thence N. 21° 13' W. 172.12 m. to point 2; N. 10° 31' W. 151.44 m. to point 3; S. 72° 27' E. 33.99 m. to point 4; S. 44° 03' E. 101.10 m. to point 5; S. 3° 24' W. 86.96 m. to point 6; S. 14° 25' E. 58.65 m. to point 7; S. 22° 41' E. 64.65 m. to point 8; S. 63° 49' W. 53.32 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

No. 13, thence S. 40° 48' E. 35.49 m. to point 2; S. 17° 43' E. 164.16 m. to point 3; S. 63° 49' W. 43.10 m. to point 4; N. 22° 41' W. 64.65 m. to point 5; N. 14° 25' W. 58.65 m. to point 6; N. 3° 24' E. 85.96 m. to point 1, of beginning.
Containing an area of 7,647.9 square meters.
