RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF DATA, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF SABAÑGAN, SUBPROVINCE OF BONTOC, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Data, municipal district of Sabañgan, subprovince of Bontoc, Mountain Province, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-104795, to wit:
Beginning at a point marked on plan Psu-104795, N. 41° 44' E. 5,924.29 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipal district of Bauko, Mountain Province, thence N. 59° 12' W. 41.35 m. to point 2; N. 2° 24' E. 71.73 m. to point 3; thence N. 60° 56' E. 48.30 m. to point 4; thence N. 59° 55' E. 40.06 m. to point 5; S. 60° 56' E. 48.30 m. to point 4; S. 59° 55' E. 40.06 m. to point 5; S. 1° 14' W. 24.03 m. to point 6; S. 46° 44' W. 53.97 m. to point 7; N. 21° 12' W. 12.55 m. to point 1, point of beginning.
Containing an area of five thousand seventeen square meters (5,017), more or less.
Point 3, old stone W/X marked P. L. S.; point 6, old stone W/X on top; and the rest are P. L. S. stone monuments.
Bounded on the northeast by properties of Esteban Bondac and Balangtad Ayotan, et al.; on the east and southeast by property of Kipo Felix, et al.; on the southwest, by property of Mateo Rafael, et al.; and on the west, by property of Tubidan, et al.
