RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES THREE PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIOS OF UMA, TANLAG AND DALUPA (ABLEG), MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF LUBUAGAN, SUBPROVINCE OF KALINGA, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to the condition that at any time the said tracts of land are abandoned for school site purposes, the same shall revert to the category of, and be considered as part of the public forest the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrios of Uma, Tanlag and Dalupa (Ableg), municipal district of Lubuagan,subprovince of Kalinga, Mountain Province, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-105997 and Psu-106132, to wit:
Lot No. 1 (barrio of Uma).-Beginning at point marked 1 on plan Psu-105997, sheet No. 1, S. 81° 31' W. 2,712.19 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1 (new), municipal district of Lubuagan, thence N. 37° 97' W. 23.48 m. to point 2; S. 57° 01' W. 16.58 m. to point 5; S. 10° 46' E. E. 27.36 m. to point 6; S 50° 18' W. 17.13 m. to point 7; N. 71° 34' C. 42. 60 m. to point 8; N. 32° 49' E. 153.08 m. to point 9; S. 31° 15' E. 102.13 m. to point 10; S. 42° 02' W. 52.13 m. to point 1, point of beginning.
Containing an area of 8,400 square meters.
Point 1, stone boulder; points 2, 3, 4 and 10, stone monuments, marked P. L. S.; points 5, 7, 8 and 9, crosses on old monuments on top; point 6, cross on big stone.
Bounded on the northeast by property of Appi; on the southeast, by public land and properties of Gayangao and Guntao; on the southwest, by properties of Gayangao and Guntao; and on the northwest, by property of Apayao.

Containing an area of 13,723 square meters.
