RESERVING FOR THE USE OF PHILIPPINE CONSTABULARY A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF SAN JUAN, MUNICIPALITY OF CERVANTES, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for the use of the Philippine Constabulary, under the administration of the Chief of Constabulary, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of San Juan, municipality of Cervantes, Province of Ilocos Sur, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-477, to wit:

Beginning at point marked 1 on plan Ir-477, S. 11° 49' E. 1,557.82 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Cervantes, thence N. 68° 20' W. 250.42 m to point 2; N. 2° 02' E. 292.08 m. to point 3; S. 88° 33' E. 207.86 m. to point 4; S. 0° 29' W. 95.14 m. to point 5; S. 3° 06' E. 294.39 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of seventy-two thousand nine hundred forty-nine square meters (72,949), more or less.

All corners are B. L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the north by public land; on the east, by property of Pantaleon Asuncion and public land, and on the southwest and west, by public land.

Bearings true.

Declination 0° 22' E.

Points referred to are marked on plan Ir-477.
