MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 670, January 28, 1941 ] RESERVING FOR MUNICIPAL BUILDING SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF LAGAWI, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF BURNAY, SUBPROVINCE OF IFUGAO, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for municipal building site purposes, under the administration of the municipal district of Burnay, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio Lagawi, municipal district of Burnay, subprovince of Ifugao, Mountain Province, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-107233, to wit: Beginning at point marked “1” on plan Psu-107233, N. 55° 37' E. 5,716.88 m. from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipal district of Kiangan, thence N. 58° 46' E. 78.16 m. to point 2; S. 77° 16' E. 25.23 m. to point 3; S. 39° 40' W. 46.99 m. to point 4; S. 9° 31' E. 39.07 m. to point 5; N. 76° 07' W. 32.60 m. to point 6; S. 61° 28' W. 42.86 m. to point 7; N. 21° 01' W. 12.66 m. to point 8; N. 8° 19' E. 41.00 m. to point 1, point of beginning Containing an area of four thousand four hundred fifty six square meters (4,456), more or less. Points 1 and 2, P. L. S. concrete monuments; and the rest are P. L. S. stone monuments. Bounded on the north by barrio road; on the east and southeast, by property of Angel and Puguan; on the south, by properties of Guinamay and Bogati and Dumawal and Buliio; on the west, by property of Ambognan Dagadag; and on the northwest, by property of Dango Uyame.
