ESTABLISHING AS PETROLEUM MINING RESERVATIONS ALL PETROLEUM DEPOSITS AND PETROLEUM LANDS IN THE PROVINCES OF CAGAYAN, ISABELA, PANGASINAN, NUEVA ECIJA, TARLAC, PAMPANGA, BULACAN, ILOILO AND CEBU, NORTHWESTERN PORTION OF TAYABAS, PHILIPPINES

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, and pursuant to the provisions of section eleven of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and thirty-seven, I, MANUEL L. QUEZON, President of the Philippines, hereby set apart as petroleum mining reservations and proclaim them closed to oil geological exploration and petroleum drilling leases under the provisions of Act Numbered Two thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, as amended, but open to other mining location, permit of lease of other minerals and to other dispositions of surface thereof as well as the disposition of timber and other forest products under existing laws in so far as they will not interfere with the purposes of these reservations, subject to valid existing rights, all petroleum deposits and petroleum lands not now under petroleum drilling leases in the provinces of Cagayn, Isabela, Pangasinan, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Pampanga, Bulacan, Iloilo, all of the Province of Cebu, all that portion of the Province of Leyte north and west of a line drawn from the town of Ormoc to the town of Leyte, all that portion of the Province of Tayabas, south and east of a line drawn from the town of Atimonan to the town of Unisan, Philippines.1aшphi1
