MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 664, January 9, 1941 ] REVOKING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 22, SERIES OF 1912, AS AMENDED BY EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 51, SERIES OF 1913, AND DECLARING THE LAND RESERVED THEREUNDER OPEN TO DISPOSITION. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, I hereby revoke Executive Order Numbered Twenty-two, dated April twenty-third, nineteen hundred and twelve, as amended by Executive Order Numbered Fifty one, dated July tenth, nineteen hundred and thirteen, and declare the land reserved thereunder open to disposition under the provisions of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, subject to private rights, if any there be.1aшphi1 In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, to be affixed.
