MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 661, January 4, 1941 ] RESERVING FOR FOREST STATION SITE PURPOSES AND DESIGNATING AS CAGAYAN FOREST STATION SITE RESERVATION A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAGAYAN, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL, ISLAND OF MINDANAO. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, known as “The Public Land Act,” I, MANUEL L. QUEZON, President of the Philippines. hereby reserve for forest station site purposes, and withdraw from sale, settlement or other disposition, subject to private rights, if any there be, that portion of the public domain, situated in the municipality of Cagayan, Province of Misamis Oriental, Island of Mindanao, and described or Bureau of Forestry Map No. F. R.-108, to wit: Beginning at corner 1, a B. L. concrete monument, identical to corner 1 of lot No. 1176, Cagayan Cad. No.237, case 2; thence N. 21° 57' E., 130.58 meters to corner 2 lot No. 1176, Cagayan Cad. No. 237, case 2; thence N. 13° 16' W., 44 meters to corner 3, appoint, identical to corner 3 of lot No. 1176, Cagayan Cad. No. 37, case 2; thence N. 69° E., 262 meters to corner 4, a B. L. concrete monument, identical to corner 4 of lot No. 1176, Cagayan Cad. No. 237 case 2; thence following the west bank of a creek in a southwesterly direction, about 80 meters to corner 5, an “X” on api-api tree, on west bank of the mouth of creek; thence S. 34° 43' W., 148 meters to corner 6, a B. L. concrete monument identical to corner 7 of lot No. 1176, Cagayan Cad. No. 237 case 2; thence S. 24° 14' W., 68.10 meters to corner 7, a B. L. concrete monument, identical to corner 8 of lot No 1176, Cagayan Cad. No. 237, case 2; and thence N. 87° 20' W., 165.57 meters to corner 1, the point of beginning.1aшphi1 Containing an area of 4.4462 hectares. The said parcel of land shall be known as Cagayan Forest Station Site Reservation and shall remain under the administration of the Bureau of Forestry, In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines to be affixed.
