MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 660, January 4, 1941 ] RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF BUAYA, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF BALBALAN, SUBPROVINCE OF KALINGA, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to the further condition that at any time the area is no longer needed for school site purposes the same will revert to the category of, and be considered as part of the, public forest, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Buaya, municipal district of Balbalan, subprovince of Kalinga, Mountain Province, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-105900, to wit: A parcel of land (plan Psu-105900, G. L. R. O. Record No. ), situated in the barrio of Buaya, municipal district of Balbalan, Mountain Province (subprovince of Kalinga). Bounded on the N. by properties of Domingo Liaban and Mariano Alega; on the NE., by property of Guzman; on the SE.,by Buaya River (50 m. wide) ; on the SW by Buava River (50 m. wide) and property of Aniceto Calderon; and on the NW., by properties of Guzman and Mariano Alega; Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 32° 26' E., 9,555.00 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M.
