RESERVING FOR THE SITE OF THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL BANK A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE RESIDENCE SECTION "B", CITY OF BAGUIO

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section seventy-six of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for the site of the Philippine National Bank, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the Residence Section "B", City of Baguio, island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16698, to wit:

Lot No. 3-B-2-A, Bsd-4738—A parcel of land (Lot No. 3-B-2-A of the subdivision plan Bsd—4738, being a : of lot No. 3-B-2 of Baguio Town site, G. L. R. 0. Record No.), situated in the Res. Sec. "B", City of Baguio, of Luzon. Bounded on the NE. by lot No. 3-C-2 of Res.Sec. "B"; on the SE., by lot No. 3-B-2-B of the subdivision plan; on the SW., by Session Road; and on the N’W., by road. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 68° 34′ W., 216.18 m., more or less, from Triangulation Station "Sunday," thence N. 18° 42′ E„ 31.85 Point "2"; thence S. 45° 24′ E., 25.99 m. to point S. 29° 21′ W., 25.90 m. to point "4"; thence N 56° 22′ W., 19.24 m.to the point of beginning; containing an area of six hundred twenty-one square meters (621), more or less All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and ground, points "l" and "2" are marked by old B. L. concrete monuments; point "3", by coiner of cement post; from B. L. L. M. No. 42, Manila Cad, No. 13, thence N. 84″ 59 W. 2.59 m. to point 2; N. 5′ 01′ E. 125.29 m. to point 3; N. 63° 27′ W. 1.36 m, to point 4; N. 5° 01′ E. 0.22 m. to point 5; S. 84° 59′ E. 3.85 m. to point 6; S. 5° 01′ W. 126.00 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 326.8 square meters. Points 1, 2 and 6, B. L. concrete monuments; points 3 and 5, old B. L. concrete monuments; and point 4, old intersection.

Bounded on the north and east by Muelle Tacoma; on the south, by Muelle Tacoma; and on the west, by lot No. 1.

Bearings true. Declination, variable.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-463-A. Surveyed: May 16, 1940.

Lot No. 1 is outside of Manila Cad. No. 13, Case No. 14.

Lot No. 2, an additional block No. 203 of Manila Cad. No. 14, formerly a portion of Muelle Tacoma.
