RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES TWO (2) PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF MANILA

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for military purposes, under the administration of the Chief of Staff of the Philippine Army, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the City of Manila, island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-463-A, to wit:

Lot No. 1—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-463-A, S. 82° 10′ W. 953.74 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 42, Manila Cad. No. 13, thence N. 5′ 01′ E. 125.78 m. ,to point 2; S. 63° 27′ E. 1.36 m. to point 3; S. 5° 01′ W. 125.29 m. to point 4; N. 84° 59′ W. 1.26 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 159 square meters.

Point 1, old iron pipe; point 2, old intersection; point 3, old B. L. concrete monument and point 4, B. L. concrete monument.

Bounded on the north and east by lot No, 2; on the south, by Muelle Tacoma; and on the west, by Manila Bay, inner basin.

Lot No. 2—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-463-A, S. 82° 07′ W. 949.98 m. more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 42, Manila Cad. No, IS, thence N. 84°

69 V. 2.59 m. to point 2; N. 5′ 01′ E. 125.29 m. to point 3; N. 63° 27′ W. 1.36 m. to point 4; N. 5° 01′ E. 0.22 m. to point 6; S. 84° 69′ E. 3.85 m. to point 6; S. 5° 01′ W. 126.00 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 326.8 square meters.

Points 1, 2 and 6, B. L. concrete monuments; points 3 and 5, old B. L. concrete monuments; and point 4, old intersection.

Bounded on the north and east by Muelle Tacoma; on the south, by Muelle Tacoma; and on the west, by lot No. 1.

Bearings true. Declination, variable.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-463-A.

Lot No. 1 is outside of Manila Cad. No. 13, Case No. 14. Lot No. 2, an additional block No. 203 of Manila Cad. No. 14, formerly a portion of Muelle Tacoma.
