MALACAÑANG PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 628 RESERVING FOR FISHERY STATION PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF BONUAN GUESET, MUNICIPALITY OF DAGUPAN, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for fishery station purposes, under the administration of the Chief of the Division of Fisheries, Department of Agriculture and Commerce., subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Bonuan Gueset, municipality of Dagupan, Province of Pangasinan, island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swc— 16105, to wit: Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16105, S. 88° 57′ W. 98.68 m. from B. L. L. M. No. 6, Dagupan Cad. No. 217, thence S. 22° 41′ W. 55.41 m. to point 2; S. 37° 49′ W. 53.13 m. to point 3; S. 22° 45′ W. 71.06 m. to point 4; S. 71° 26′ W. 26.14 m. to point 5; S. 46° 02′ W. 31.96 m. to point 6; S. 56° 09′ W. 83.42 m. to point 7; N. 4° 29′ W. 96.85 m. to point 8; N. 28° 58′ E. 5F.94 m. to point 9; N. 53° 39′ E. 92.16 m. to point 10; N. 42° 44′ E. 93.89 m. to point 11; S. 48° 38′ E. 53.26 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of,23,761 square meters. Points 7, 8 and 9, stakes; point 11, intersection; and the rest are B. L. concrete monuments. Bounded on the northeast by lot No. 6863; on the southeast, by lots Nos. 6855, 8927, 8926, 6849, 6847, 9027, 9026 and 6845; on the southwest, by public land; and on the northwest, by Calmay River. Bearings true. Declination 0° 30′ E. Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16105. Surveyed: January 21, 1926. Approved: May 2, 1940.
