MALACAÑANG PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 589 RESERVING FOR DISPENSARY SITE PURPOSES TOUR PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF TUBOD, MUNICIPALITY OF KOLAMBUGAN, PROVINCE OF LANAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for dispensary site purposes, under the administration of the Director of Health, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Tubod, municipality of Kolambugan, Province of Lanao, island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Pr-241, to wit: Lot No. 1.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Pr-241, N. 65° 13′ E. 147.35 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 158, Lala Pls-13, thence N. 82° 10′ E. 34.89 m. to point 2; S. 8° 12′ E. 20.20 m. to point 3; S. 82° 33′ W. 35.15 m. to point 4; N. 7° 27′ W. 19.97 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of 703 square meters. All corners are B. L. concrete monuments. Bounded on the north by lot No. 1683; on the east, by road; on the south, by lot No. 2; and on the west, by lot No. 3. Lot No. 2.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Pr-241, N. 80° 50′ E. 140 96 m., more or less, from B. L L. M. No. 158, Lala Pls-13, thence N. 8° 08’ W. 19.74 m. to point 2; N. 82° 33′ E. 85.18 m. to point 3; S.7° 48’ E. 19.91 m. to point 4; S. 82° 50′ W. 35.03 m. to , point of beginning. Containing an area of 696 square meters. All corners are B. L. concrete monuments. Bounded on the north by lot No. 1; on the east and south by road; and on the west, by lot No. 4. No. 158, Lala Pls-13, thence S. 7° 27′ E. 19.97 m. to point 2; S. 81° 56′ W. 35.00 m. to point 3; N. 5° 00′ W. 20.32 m. to point 4; N. 82° 28′ E. 34.12 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of 696 square meters. All corners are B. L. concrete monuments. Bounded on the north by lot No. 1689; on the east, by lot No. 1; on the south, by lot No. 4; and on the west, by road. Lot No. 4.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Pr-241, N. 80° 50′ E. 140.96 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 158, Lala Pls-13, thence S. 81° 47′ W-34.52 m. to point 2; N. 9° 29′ W. 19.83 m. to point 3; N. 81° 56′ E. 35.00 m. to point 4; S. 8° 08′ E. 19.74 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of 688 square meters. All corners are B. L. concrete monuments. Bounded on the north by lot No. 3; on the east, by lot No. 2; and on the south and west, by road. Bearings true.
