MALACAÑANG PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 585 EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 85 DATED NOVEMBER 12, 1919, AND RESERVING FOR MARKET SITE PURPOSES AND FOR OTHER PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS TWO LOTS SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF KOLAMBUGAN, PROVINCE OF LANAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby exclude from the operation of Executive Order Numbered Eighty-five, dated November twelve, nineteen hundred and nineteen, and reserve for market site purposes and for other public improvements, under the administration of the municipality of Kolambugan, two lots situated in the Poblacion, municipality of Kolambugan, Province of Lanao, island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Bsd-7304 (F. R.-10-2) to wit: Lot 1.—Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 53° 04′ W., 423.93 meters, more or less, from B. L, L. M. No. 1, municipality of Kolambugan, Lanao; thence N. 29° 15′ E., 191.32 meters to point "2"; thence N. 63° 19′ E., 42.79 meters to point "3"; thence S. 6° 04′ W., 167.81 meters to point "4"; and thence S. 80° 24′ W., 115.57 meters to point "1", the point of beginning. Containing an area of 11,630 square meters, more or less. Bounded on the east, by lot No. 2 of the subdivision plan; on the southeast, by property of Arcadio Pagapulaan; on the west, by property of Kolambugan Lumber and Development Company; and on the northwest, by lot No. 3 of the subdivision plan. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, point "1" is marked by an intersection; and the rest by B. L. concrete monument; bearings true; declination 1° 49’ E.; date of original survery, July 24 to 26, 1918 and that of the subdivision survey, October 20 and 25, 1939. Lot III.—Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 81° 48’ W., 215.63 meters, more or less, from B.L.L.M. No. 1, municipality of Kolambugan, Lanao; thence N. 80° 24’ E., 164.38 meters to point "2"; thence S. 9° 36’ E., 8.16 meters to point "3"; thence S. 74° 07’ W., 120.67 meters to point "4"; thence S. 59° 29’ W., 47.71 meters to point "5"; thence S. 63° 19’ W., 42.79 meters to point "6"; and thence N. 29° 15’ E., 65.40 meters to point "1", the point of beginning. Containing an area of 3,879 square meters, more or less. Bounded on the east by proposed national road; on the southeast by lots 2 and 1 of the subdivision plan; on the west, by property of Kolambugan Lumber and Development Company; and on the northwest, by public land and proposed national road. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, point "1" is marked by an intersection; point "2" by old intersection; point "4" by cross on tree; and the rest, by B. L. concrete monuments; bearings true; declination 1° 49’ E.; date of original survey, July 24 to 26, 1918 and that of the subdivision survey, October 20 and 25, 1939. Lots 1 and 3 contain an aggregate area of 15,509 square meters, more or less. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines to be affixed.
