RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES FIVE PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIOS OF CARPENTO, BATONAN, TIDMAN, BACULIN AND SAN JUAN, MUNICIPALITY OF HINATUAN, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrios of Carpenito, Batonan, Tidman, Baculin and San Juan, municipality of Hinatuan, province of Surigao, island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-421, to wit:

Lot No. 1, Mr-421 (School Site—Barrio of Carpenito, municipality of Hinatuan).—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-421, N. 28° 02′ W. 122.94 m. from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Carpenito, municipality of Hinatuan, thence N. 5° 53′ E. 96.76 m. to point 2; S. 82° 21′ E. 138.42 m. to point 3; S. 3° 18′ W. 88.66 m. to point 4; N. 85° 42′ W. 142.41 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 13,006 square meters.

All corners are B. L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the north by property of Ramon Camba; on the east, by property of Andrea Luna de Fraga; on the south, by barrio street; and on the west, by proposed barrio street.

Containing an area of 9,280 square meters.

Bounded on the northeast by bank protection of Hinatuan River; on the southeast and southwest, by property of Potenciana Vda. de Potenciando; and on the northwest, by property of Potenciana Vda. de Potenciando.

Containing an area of 11,190 square meters.
