Proclamation No. 545

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF MALINGIN, MUNICIPALITY OF BOGO, PROVINCE OF CEBU, ISLAND OF CEBU.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of Section Eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Malingin, municipality of Bogo, province of Cebu, island of Cebu, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16159, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16159, N. 77° 07′ W. 843.66 m., more or less, from B. B. M. No. 17, Bogo Cad. No. 155, thence N. 60° 41′ W. 98.43 m. to point 2; N. 11° 16′ E. 160.78 m. to point 3; N. 8° 23′ W. 36.43 m. to point 4; N. 78° 19′ E. 29.58 m. to point 5; N. 88° 06′ E. 102.61 m. to point 6; S. 9° 28′ W. 209.73 m. to point 7; S. 40° 00′ W. 58.01 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 27,502 square meters.

Points 2 and 3, old P. L. S./B. L. concrete monuments; and the rest are B. L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the north by lot No. 1129-F of plan Psd-12120 (Epifania de Aliño); on the east, by lot No. 2668; on the Southeast, by lot No. 2691; on the southwest, by lot No. 2690; and on the west, by lots No.s 1129-D and 1139-E of plan Psd-12120.

Bearings true. Declination 1° 17’ E.
