Proclamation No. 510

REVOKING FORESTRY ADMINISTRATIVE ORDERS NOS. 2-37 (OLD ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 41), AND 2-38 (OLD ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 42), BOTH SERIES 1930, ADMINISTRATIVE ORDERS UNNUMBERED, SERIES 1926 AND 1928, ESTABLISHING FOUR PARCELS OF LAND AS COMMUNAL FORESTS FOR THE MUNICIPALITIES OF ANTIPOLO AND TERESA, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, ISLAND OF LUZON, AND OPENING TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN, THE SAID FOUR PARCELS OF LAND.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section fourteen of Commonwealth Act Numbered One Hundred and thirty-seven, I hereby revoke Forestry Administrative Orders Nos. 2-37 (old Administrative Order No. 41) and 2-38 (old Administrative Order No. 42), both dated February 4, 1930, Administrative Orders unnumbered, dated October 29, 1926, and May 23, 1928, establishing four parcels of land as Communal Forests parcels I and II for the municipality of Antipolo and parcels II and IV for the municipality of Teresa, Province of Rizal, and open to disposition under the provisions of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred thirty-seven, the said four parcels of land, situated in the municipalities of Antipolo and Teresa. Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon, described and shown on Bureau of Forestry Map Nos. Cn. F.1207, 1208 and 1134.

The rights and privileges granted to and enjoyed by the residents of the municipalities of Antipolo and Teresa, Province of Rizal, under the Orders establishing Communal Forests parcels I and II of Antipolo and II and IV Teresa are henceforth continued and respected.

This proclamation shall not take effect until it is concurred in by a resolution of the National Assembly duly adapted for the purpose.1awp++i1
