RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES TWO (2) PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIOS OF AMBASING AND ANQUILEN, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF SAGADA, SUBPROVINCE OF BONTOC, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of Section Eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrios of Ambasing and Anquilen, municipal district of Sagada, subprovince of Bontoc, Mountain Province, island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-104796, sheets Nos. 1 and 2, to wit:

Lot No. 1 (Ambasing Barrio School Site).—A parcel of land (Lot No. 1 of plan-Psu-104796, G. L. R. O. Record No. ), situated in the barrio of Ambasing, municipal district of Sagada, Mountain Province (subprovince of Bontoc), island of Luzon. Bounded on the N. by properties of Baccayan and Longid; on the E. by property of Manuel Usong; on the SW. "by a road (10.00 meters wide) and by property of Kinasil Bacolong; and on the NW. by properties of Tomas Moting and William Angway. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 19° 48′ E. 10,000.00 m., more or less, from B. L. L- M. No. 1, municipal district of Bauko, Mountain Province, thence S. 8° 44′ W. 58.30 m. to point "2", thence N. 70° 35′ W. 54.58 m. to point "3", thence S. 11° 20′ W. 3.87 m. to point "4", thence N. 73° 39′ W. 46.24 m. to point."5″, thence N. 16° 48′ 28.70 m. to point "6", thence N. 68° 10′ E. 47.75 m. to: point "7", thence N. 29° 50′ W. 24.61 m. to .point °8″, thence N. 84° 35′ E. 51.02 m. to point "9", thence S, 58° 01′ E. 34.10 m. to point "10", thence S. 32° 19′ W. 27.29 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of six thousand nine hundred sixty-one square meters (6,961), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan, and on the ground, are marked by P. L. S. stone monuments, 15 by 15 by 60 cms.; bearings true; declination 0° 30′ E.; date of survey, November 3 to December 31, 1937; and that of the approval, September 27, 1938.

Lot No. 2 (Barrio of Anquilen School Site).—A parcel of land (Lot No. 2 of plan Psu-104796, G. L. R. 0. Record No. ), situated in the barrio of Suyo, municipal district of Sagada, Mountain Province (subprovince of Bontoc), Island of Luzon. Bounded on the N. by cemetery site; on the NE. by road (10.00 m. wide) ; on the SE. by property of Jose Biteng et al.; on the S. by properties of Galas Raymundo, Bal-lageo, Lospay and Langbayen et al.; and on the W. by property of Pang-o-len et al. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 29° 41′ E. 7,634.17 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipal district of Bauko, Mountain Province, thence S. 89° 51′ E. 80.00 m. to point "2", thenca S. 32° 27′ E. 86.33 m. to point "3", thence S. 8° 42′ W. 58.25 m. to point "4", thence N. 57° 11′ W. 20.35 m. to point "5", thence S. 40° 43′ W. 9.00 m. to point "6", thence N. 45° 54′ W. 7.27 m. to point "7", thence N. 78° 50′ W. 13.52 m. to point "8", thence N. 78° 29′ W. 24.21 m. to point "9", thence S. 82° 02′ W. 10.91 m. to point "10", thence N. 61° 00′ W. 29.02 m. to point "11", thence N. 9° 04′ W. 102.64 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of eleven thousand eight hundred sixty square meters (11,860), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, are marked by P. L. S. stone monuments, 15 by 15 by 60 cms.; bearings true; declination 0° 30′ E.; date of survey, November 3 to December 31, 1937; and that of the approval, September 27, 1938.
