Proclamation No. 471

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES ONE PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF PAO, MUNICIPALITY OF TARLAC, PROVINCE OF TARLAC, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Pao, municipality of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-415, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-415, N. 22° 30′ E. 886.10 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 77, Tarlac Cadastre No. 274, thence N. 22° 55′ E. 63.63 m. to point 2; S. 65° 06′ E. 74.00 m. to point 3; N. 21° 46′ E. 74.00 m. to point 4; S. 65° 06′ E. 30.00 m. to point 5; S. 21° 46′ W. 135.02 m. to point 6; N. 66° 33′ W. 105.17 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 0.8731 hectare.

Points 5 and 6, old B. L. concrete monuments; and the rest are B. L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast by lots Nos. 5561 and 5559; on the southeast, by lot No. 8906; on the southwest, by lot No. 5560; and on the northwest, by lots Nos. 5560 and 5561.

Bearings true. Declination, 0° 23′ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-415.
