MALACAÑANG PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 470 RESERVING FOR MUNICIPAL BUILDING AND SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES THREE PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIOS OF CENTRAL AND PALINA, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF KIBUNGAN, SUBPROVINCE OF BENGUET, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for municipal building and school site purposes, under the administration of the municipal district of Kibungan, Benguet, Mountain Province, and the Director of Education, respectively, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrios of Central and Palina, municipal district of Kibungan, subprovince of Benguet, Mountain Province, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu—101472, sheets 1, 2, and 3, to wit: Lot No. 1 (presidencia site, barrio of Central).—A parcel of land, lot No. 1 of plan Psu-101472 (G. L. R. O. Record No. ), situated in the barrio of Central, municipal district of Kibungan, Mountain Province, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the northeast by properties of Allaguey and Intogay Lagdao; on the southeast, by property of Intogay Lagdao; on the south and southwest, by property of Daoaten Dacolog; and on the northwest, by public lands. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 3° 30′ E. 56.74 m. from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipal district of Kibungan, Mountain Province; thence S. 26° 55′ E. 22.69 m. to point "2;" thence S. 48° 01′ E. 178.89 m. to point "3;" thence S. 41° 04′ W. 36.74 m. to point "4;" thence N. 75°- 16′ W. 73.44 m. to point "5;" thence S. 89° 58′ W. 197.98 m. to point "6;" thence N. 46° 42′ W. 71.92 m. to point "7;" thence N. 63° 46′ E. 225.46 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of thirty thousand one hundred eighteen (30,118) square meters, more or less. S. stone monuments, 25 cm. by 25 cm. by 60 cm. centered by a cross (X ) ; point "3," by x on boulder, 150 cm. in diameter 120 cm. high and marked P. L. S.; point "4," by x on big boulder, 100 cm. in diameter by 80 cm. high and marked by P. L. S.; point "5," by X on big boulder in place, 2 m. in diameter 1 m. above the ground and marked P. L. Lot No. 2 (school site, barrio of Central).—A parcel of land, lot No. 2 (school site) of plan Psu-101472 (G. L. R. O. Record No. ), situated in the barrio of Central, municipal district of Kibungan, Mountain Province, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the northeast and northwest by property of Galawa Adal; on the east, by properties of Galawa Adal and Bolislis Fianza; on the south, by property of Intogay Lagdao; and on the west, by properties of Intogay Lagdao and Al-laguey. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 27° 04′ E. 404.07 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, municipal district of Kibungan, Mountain Province, thence N. 20° 54′ E. 116.50 m. to point "2;" thence S. 53° 49′ E. 109.92 m. to point "3;" thence S. 12° 14′ W. 76.82 m. to point "4;" thence S. 9° 25′ E. 59.67 m. to point "5;" thence S. 10° 55′ W. 32.25 m. to point "6;" thence N. 78° 24′ W. 125.22 m. to point "7;" thence N. 5° 24′ E. 47.32 m. to point "8;" thence N. 0° 38′ E. 49.36 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of twenty-two thousand thirty-one (22,031) square meters, more or-less- All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points "1," "2," "3," "6," and "7," are marked by P. Record No. ), situated in the barrio of Paliha, municipal district of Kibungan, Mountain Province, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the northwest and northeast by property of Batcagan; on the south and southeast, by property of Gordon Besec; and on the southwest, by property of Batcagan. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 35° 47′ E. 365.37 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Palina, municipal district of Kibungan, Mountain Province, thence S. 59° 50′ E. 92.73 m. to point "2;" thence S. 42° 43′ W. 123.72 m. to point "3;" thence N. 83° 53′ W. 54.29 m. to point "4;" thence N. 17° 45′ W. 69.78 m. to point "5;" thence N. 50° 27′ E. 102.46 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of twelve thousand six hundred thirty-nine (12,639) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points "1" and "3," are marked by P. L. S. stone monuments, 20 by 40 by 60 cm.; point "2," by X on boulder in place, 50 cm. diameter; point "4," by X on big boulder in place, 250 by 100 cm.; point "5," by x on boulder in place, 250 by 100 cm.; bearings true; declination, 0° 22′ E.; date of survey, April 5, 1936; and that of the approval, July 7, 1936.
