Proclamation No. 446

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES THREE PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIOS OF JAUILI AND CAYANGUAN, MUNICIPALITY OF MAKATO, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ, ISLAND OF PANAY.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrios of Jauili and Cayanguan, municipality of Makato, Province of Capiz, Island of Pa-nay, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan II-939-A and II-939-C, to wit:

Lot No. 1 (barrio of Jauili).—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan_II-939-A, N. 18° 38′ E. 5.10 m. from B. L. B. M. No. 2, thence N. 64° 00′ W. 113.62 m. to point 2; S. 26° 18′ W. 54.49 m. to point 3; S. 64° 02′ E. 119.58 m. to point 4; N. 20° 03′ E. 54.70 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 6,349 square meters,

Points 1 and 2, P. L. S./B. L. monuments; points 3 and 4, stakes.

Bounded on the northeast by Calle N. S. Salvacion; on the southeast, by Calle L. Fuentes; on the southwest, by Calle J. Tirol: and on the northwest, by Calle Trance.

Lot No. 2 (barrio of Jemili).—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan II-939-A, which is identical with B. L. B. M. No. 1, thence S. 63° 39′ E. 112.63 m. to point 2; N. 19° 29’ E. 62.87 m. to point 3; N. 65° 37 W. 106.58 m. to point 4; S. 24° 59′ W., 58.75 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 6,646 square meters.

Point 2, B. L. B. M. No. 2; points 3 and 4, stakes.

Bounded on the northeast by Calle Miraflores; on the southeast, by Calle L. Fuentes; on the southwest, by Calle N. S. Salvacion; and on the northwest, by Calle Trance.

Bearings true. Declination, 1° 26′ E.

Lot No. U (barrio of Cayanguan).—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan II-939-C, which is identical with B. L. B. M. No. 1, thence N. 58° 47′ E. 92.72 m. to point 2; S. 24° 50′ E. 135.78 m. to point 3; S. 61° 30′ W. 85.85 m. to point 4; N. 27° 40′ W. 131.10 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 11,883 square meters.

Point 2, B. L. B. M. No. 2.

Bounded on the northeast by Calle Tagle; on the southeast, by Calle Tinasas; on the southwest, by Calle Tiongson; and on the northwest, by Calle Cortes.

Bearings true. Declination, 1° 17′ E.
